DEMDACO is a design driven company specializing in everyday and holiday gifts, casual tableware and home accents.  Based in Kansas City, we are looking nationwide for qualified Sales people to fill the following positions:

 

Regional Sales Managers

This position will be responsible for the planning and execution of sales strategy within a specific geographic region as well as day to day leadership of their sales team.  Additional responsibility includes hiring, training and managing account executives and account planning, revenue forecasting and performance management.

Ideal candidates posses a minimum of 7 years experience in the Gift Industry, Business to Business sales experience, understanding of sales management best practices and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong ability to learn other technology tools.  Must be able to work in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment and effectively recruit and lead a regional sales team.

 

Account Executives

Responsibility for the effective business results of DEMDACO product lines at the retail level and account planning and forecasting.

Ideal candidates posses a minimum of 2 years experience selling in the Gift Industry, Business to Business sales experience and an understanding of sales management and best practices and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong ability to learn other technology tools.  Must be able to work in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.
