POSITION: High Tech Corporate Security Solutions

LOCATION: Minneapolis

COMPENSATION: Salary plus commissions, first year: $70-85K (plus paid expenses and $350 per month for car). Second Year: $90-120K.  Top reps over $150K.

DUTIES: Reps become security solution experts.  They call on commercial businesses of all sizes selling an entire solution of high end, complex security solutions for commercial applications. They specialize in major account applications, i.e., government agencies, schools, banks, etc.-(corporations with premises that truly need more than just a simple alarm).  Will prospect in a protected territory, as well as call on leads provided by a telemarketing lead generator.

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of business to business sales experience. Must specialize in new business development (versus an account manager type who is not accustomed to landing new accounts). Of particular interest are those who have sold cellular, payroll, office equipment and office furniture. Other important attributes: 1. Stable background, absent of frequent or multiple job changes 2. Initiative 3. Sales Resilience 4. Strong planning and organizational skills 5. Able to do needs analysis and problem assessment 6, Competitive with tenacity 7. Strong communication skills 8. Integrity 9. Impact and professional appearance
