We are on the move in seeking highly motivated, energetic, professional Home Loan Center Sales Managers to build and manage extremely entrepreneurial and professional retail sales offices. Our HLC managers are knowledgeable mentors and coaches; they accomplish the company's sales objectives through dynamic leadership and training without the responsibility of originating loans themselves.

Home Loan Center Sales Managers have the overall responsibility for loan sales at the assigned Residential Loan Center(s) including meeting loan volume and recruiting goals while achieving the highest standards of customer service. They are responsible for overall loan quality and ensuring that prescribed operational procedures are followed. Sales Managers also develop and maintain a thorough understanding of their assigned lending territory and market and carry out key accounts management, participate in the development of lending practices, procedures, operation goals and objectives to the Loan Center. In addition, managers recruit, interview, hire and train Loan Consultants, motivate Loan Consultants to achieve volume and customer service objectives, conduct field training and motivational programs, supervise and conduct human resources programs for assigned department including performance evaluations, employee discipline, compensation, affirmative action and related matters.

Our ideal Home Loan Center Manager will demonstrate:

o3-5 years sales experience working in a retail residential lending environment, with 2+ years in a sales management capacity
oexperience managing a sales force of 10 - 20 Retail Loan Consultants with aggressive sales goals preferably from multiple locations
oability to effectively accomplish aggressive sales objectives through a team of loan consultants.
oresponsibility for market share growth while maintaining established loan production.
oexperience in marketing functions such as Realtor presentations, tradeshows, board events, community and charitable events to foster sales and promote WAMU brand and role in the community.
ostrong market knowledge and awareness of mortgage lending activities in the local market
oexcellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, professional work environment.
