To qualify, you will need to be intelligent, be a team player and have excellent communication skills. No previous experience selling cars is needed or desirable. Ideally, we would like candidates who have experience in non-automotive sales, retail management or assistant management or someone who has been a manager-in-training before. Recent college grads or people with military experience will also be considered favorably.



Honda would just be a name if Honda didn't build the best cars in the world. As dealers, we represent that quality to the public. We need people who not only believe in the Honda product, but can honestly and convincingly convey that belief in the marketplace.



Expect to earn $32,000 to $60,000 your first year. As you move from sales trainee to finance manager, expect your income to more than double.
