Houston - Sales Consultants

Patient Co-Ordinator/Sales Consultant/Sales Director

Advanced Lipo Dissolve Center (ALDC) is a comprehensive approach to providing the latest and most advanced scientific procedures and therapies for the permanent dissolution of unwanted fat and cellulite.  ALDC was formed by a group of specialized doctors, medical practitioners and investors in June of 2005 in St. Louis, Missouri.  We expanded to Kansas City in May with Las Vegas set to open in August, Scottsdale in September and Dallas, Ft. Worth, Houston, Denver, Atlanta and Indianapolis by the end of this year.

 

ALDC Corporate in St. Louis, MO is currently seeking Patient Co-Ordinators, Sales Consultants and a Sales Director  for the Houston, TX location.  These positions do not require any cold calling!

 

Patient Co-Ordinator (PC)

The Patient Co-Ordinator (PC) is responsible for guiding the

customer through the decision making process, introducing financial options, executing the financial choice and scheduling the first treatment. The PC will have a complete understanding of the treatment including safety, efficacy and treatment procedures.  The PC will also be qualified to address other programs such as MediFast and VelaSmooth.

 

Sales Consultant (SC)

The Sales Consultant (SC) is responsible for guiding the patient through the decision making process by educating the patient on the benefits of PCDC treatment while answering their questions and building their confidence in the procedure.

 

The SC will have a complete understanding of the treatment Including drug activity, safety, efficacy and treatment protocols.  The SC will also be qualified to address other programs such as MediFast and VelaSmooth.

 

SC & PC Overview

The SC & PC will have the personal skills to manage tension in the customer relationship which requires a high level of versatility.  The SC & PC will have a complete understanding of the Patient Cycle and the skills necessary for implementation.  Examples are Setting up for the double-win, fact finding & qualifying, presentation skills, handling objections utilizing CPR model and recognizing the opportunity to close.  The PC will be customer service oriented, yet have the ability to ask the tough questions when necessary.  The SC will be patient focused, acting as the patient?s advocate throughout the consultative process.  It is the responsibility of the SC to ensure patient flow, arrange for medical evaluation, debrief the evaluator and arrange for the Patient Coordinator interaction.

 

SC & PC Responsibilities:Create a comfortable environment for the customerCommunicate the benefits of LipoDissolve to the customer.Answer any question or triage those questions, especially medical, to the proper resourceProvide financial options and implementSchedule first treatmentFollow-up customer serviceIdentify true objections and resolve those issues for the patient.Coordinate with the team to ensure patient flow and createEnergetic, effective and fair working environment.

Sales Director Responsibilities:Maintain/exceed sales goals within approved budgetResponds to inquiries and researches and resolves problems related to transactions handled by  the team; serves as liaison with other constituencies in the resolution of day-to-day  administrative and operational issues  Resolution of patient complaints, manage any request for  refunds or special offersEstablish clear expectations for sales staff and model the behavior you expectDaily communication with the Regional Sales Director and sales staff Train, coach and develop sales staff.  Development and implementation of succession planningWrite and conduct employee performance appraisalsEstablish budget, operate within budget limitsParticipation with strategic planning and effective implementation of planAssign and implement work schedules Problem identification and resolution; ability to de-escalate situationsInterviewing, selection, succession planning and de-selection when necessaryMaintain accurate personnel (attendance, performance, discipline) business and financial recordsParticipate in the development and implementation of marketing programsAbility to provide structure and processes to effectively manage patient flow
