The HR Solutions Executive leads teams in the development and life cycle of complex, leading-edge, and/or emerging technology solutions selected by IBMexecutives and/or by industry executives to satisfy the requirements of the
worldwide industry. These solutions are composed of any combination of hardware, software and/or services, "packaged" to be mass-customizable
throughout the industry. Qualifications necessary:
Major Field of Study: MS or higher, HR solutions sales, HR software implementations experience and HR applications. Can reside anywhere in the US, but will be expected to travel 50-70% based on engagements.
