Assignment Capsule
HumanaOne Telesales Executives represent HumanaOne's value proposition and products (individual health, life and dental products to independent agents. On a daily basis, HumanaOne Telesales Executives call agents and convince them to add HumanaOne to their product portfolio. The agents, in turn, convince consumers to buy our products. This is an inside sales position, but does not involve cold calling consumers at home.

Key Competencies

Understanding of insurance industry helpful, but not required

If not licensed for health and life insurance sales, must be licensed 90 days after date of hire

Able to work independently and as a team member

Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills

Effectively utilizes multiple media (email, voicemail, fax, telephone)

Role Essentials

Computer literate

Ability to handle multiple projects through completion

Strong problem solving skills

Role Desirables

Sales experience preferred

Insurance industry knowledge preferred

College degree preferred

Reporting Relationships
This position reports to one of two HumanaOne Telesales Managers.

Additional Information
The work schedule of this position is determined by the market in which the representative is assigned (Eastern markets start at 7:00 a.m., Central markets start at 8:00 a.m. and Western markets start at 9:00 a.m.)
