US Nursing/Fastaff has several Sales- Healthcare Recruiter opening at our corporate office in Greenwood Village for amazing sales people with great selling skills, a get-it-done attitude and the ability to create and maintain long lasting relationships with nurses.  We offer a base salary plus guaranteed commission for the first nine months on the job.  The opportunity also exists to move to regular commission for those who excel in placing healthcare professionals inside of the nine month time-frame.

 

An Inside Sales person-Healthcare Recruiter is responsible:Identify and recruit qualified RN?s for nationwide positionsMake outbound calls to potential and existing candidates by phone/email to determine mutual interest in our travel opportunitiesEducate candidates on the benefits of travel assignments including earning potentialBuild and maintain rewarding relationships with your nurses and their referralsWork effectively in a team environment to drive results

 

Desired Qualifications:Proven sales ability preferred with 3 years sales experienceKnowledge of basic sales fundamentalsOutstanding telephone presence with the ability to convey your enthusiasm over the phoneStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to source out  and recruit candidatesExcellent follow-up and time management skillsDrive results with a sense of urgency, yet focus on qualityCollege degree preferredSome week-end and overtime work required
