Are you a money-motivated, high-energy individual seeking to begin or advance your career as a professional salesperson? We are Allied Schools: A nationally recognized leader in distance education and California?s only accredited real estate training school. We are looking for SELF-MOTIVATED INSIDE SALESPEOPLE to handle incoming leads for our medical and real-estate divisions in our Laguna Hills, CA office.



 

Previous sales experience is a plus, but we will provide full training to anyone with high energy and a drive to succeed. This is NOT a rotating-door telemarketing position. We offer a high training salary and hire only select individuals who demonstrate a commitment to success, strong motivation, and a record of reliability.



 

In our exclusive and highly-praised training program, you will be taught how to: Open calls and build relationships, identify needs and buying motives, persuasively present our products and services, upsell additional products, and generate referral business.



 

As a member of the Allied team, you will receive: (1) a generous starting wage and an opportunity for six uncapped increases per year, (2) full ongoing sales training, and (3) many opportunities for advancement. This is not a commission position. We offer a generous compensation plan that



rewards top performance.

 

* All incoming leads (no cold-calling)

* Inside telephone sales

* Entry level, training provided

* Full time (40 hrs./week)

* Sell educational courses for real estate and related fields

2. SALES MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

 



Compensation

 



* Starting: $35,360 - $45,000

(Depending on experience)

 



When advanced to full management, our trainees receive a large salary increase and a performance-based quarterly bonus. First year earning potential = $80,000+
