We educate our clients on the health benefits of sleep, assess their current sleep situations, and then match them with the bedding system that is right for them. We make positive differences in our customer?s lives and have fun while we do it!

Historically, individuals who have previous customer service experience, retail sales experience, or experience in the restaurant/food and beverage industry EXCEL within our company because of their familiarity with:

-Building customer relationships
-Developing and using effective sales and marketing strategies
-Store management concepts and practices
-Understanding the importance of being organized

A four year degree from an accredited university is preferred. A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required to be considered for this position. Previous sales experience is not required.

At MattressPro, our managers are paid a base salary plus commission and monthly bonuses. We offer a great benefits package, employee purchase program, weekly sales contests, and in-depth training which includes:

-Direct contact with product representatives

MattressPro currently has 4 locations covering the greater Las Vegas/Henderson area.  Two more locations are on the way!!!
