INT'l LUXURY BRAND - Sales Associate

We are currently looking for ambitous retail sales associates to open our new boutique in Salt Lake City, Utah. We require previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or similar luxury goods industry. Qualified candiates will possess a dedicated talent for providing knowledgeable, high quality service to our customers. Must be willing and able to work varied schedules for optimum store coverage requirements including weekends.

Act as the Retail Salesperson who serves customers; welcomes customers; directs customers; advises customers; provides information on products; helps customers make selections; offers suggestions; makes sale; documents sale; processes payments; keeps clientele informed of upcoming sales and future products.

 

Qualifications


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Can compute detailed calculations such as rate, ratio, and percentage. Can draw and interpret bar graphs.

Encourages open communication by listening attentively and actively. Seeks to fully understand information from many points of view.

Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.

Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.

Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Some college course work completed would be helpful in retail/ marketing

Minimum international travel required.
