Internet Advertising Sales Manager

 

SalesTrax is a recruiting service specializing in the needs of the sales profession.  We offer a variety of Internet based sales recruiting services as well as traditional recruiting services. Our National Account Managers develop relationships with sales managers and human resources professionals from the top pharmaceutical, financial, business services, and telecom companies in the US.  They work with those company recruiters to help them identify and hire the best available sales people through the use of our Internet services.

We are expanding our Internet Services sales team and are looking for a Sales Manager who lives in the Kansas City area and has had successful sales and sales management experience in an Internet or advertising sales environment.  You will be responsible for all aspects of our Internet and ad sales departments including overseeing website development, marketing, and sales team recruitment, motivation, and growth.

In addition to a monthly base salary commensurate with your previous experience, you will earn commissions on personal sales, overwrite on team sales, and growth and profit bonuses.  We also offer Insurance benefits, a matching 401K plan, paid vacations, subsidized health club memberships, contests and bonuses, and much more.
