ITS Inside Sales Team Leader

Primary Responsibilities:



* This role, principally, is designed to do two things: Sell products to Ingersoll Rand customers and provide key support to our customer base on two very important programs; Connect and Service Agent. They include:

* Proactively contact distributors for the sole purpose of selling programs, meeting quarterly goals

* Track and communicate distributor performance status on key programs

* Analyze distributor buying history to proactively make outgoing upselling calls

* Document all customer contacts and marketing programs within X-site

* Create and implement special programs to increase and improve sales

* Provide a high level of technical assistance to distributors

* Prepare sales and activity reports as well as presentations

* Perform customer service functions as required

* In future, with growth, assume team leadership responsibilities

Critical Competencies:

Excellent selling and customer contact skills
Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentations) skills
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Access, excel, word, and PP
Positive attitude, working with high profile accounts, exhibiting integrity while representing IR
The person hired may/will form the nucleus of a team that will grow in the futurethis individual should have excellent leadership skills, have had some supervisory experience, and have demonstrated success in mentoring people. They must also possess the ability to make decisions and think independently.

Desired Background:

Knowledge of MfgPro/Oracle
10-15 Years customer service experience with strong product knowledge
Supervisory/team leadership skills

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma
AS or BS preferred
