Burns and McBride Inc., a leader in the oil delivery and HVAC service industry is currently accepting resumes for Full and Part Time Seasonal In-bound Sales Representative. Our seasonal assignments are from six to nine months, variable shifts, Monday through Friday.

 

Previous sales experience in a call center environment in addition to strong negotiating and closing skills are required. Must be able to utilize available resources to demonstrate to the customer the benefits of establishing and/or maintaining a relationship with Burns and McBride. Must exhibit independent decision making skills and contribute to the achievement of the call center's goals. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, able to adapt to change and work in a team orientated environment..

We offer a compensation system that includes base salary and a financially aggressive bonus program. Successful In-bound Sales Representatives average between $17.00 to $20.00 per hour.

 

Requirements Include:

?  Attaining individual and department sales goals.

?  Positive and professional attitude when dealing with others.

?  Strong PC-based word processing and email software skills.

?  Ability and willingness to learn and retain departmental policies and procedures.

?  Must pass math based qualification test.

?  Must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.
