Flow Technology Manufacturer of precision electro-mechanical sensors has an immediate opening for the following Industrial Marketing Manager:

The role is to maintain and develop the Industrial market sector of Flow Technology?s business.

Essential Duties:

? Drive sales growth within the Industrial market

? Be accountable for delivering the agreed upon budget/plan sales/order number

? Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans

? Provide monthly sales forecasts

? Develop marketing collateral

o Advertising

o PR

o Training presentations (Internal/customer/Rep)

o Application presentations etc

? Develop, maintain and communicate industry specific differentiation message

? Develop industry specific pricing strategies

? Manager key accounts

? Manage reps and distributors

? Develop product marketing requirement specifications

? Define and develop specific market opportunities

? 30 to 40% travel (mostly domestic)

? Other duties may be assigned.

The position requires a technical degree with an MBA a significant plus. Must have 5-7 years minimum experience in specific industry.

Does not require residents in Arizona. No relocation.
