Inside Business Sales Rep

Description:
This inside business sales representative position is responsible for engaging in new business with small to medium sized business accounts to grow market share as well as further penetrate existing business accounts through a variety of outbound calling campaigns and loyalty calls. Promote Verizon Wireless products and services through solution-based selling and position Verizon Wireless as the market leader in the Wireless industry.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Business sales experience preferred. Telesales phone experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Professional solution-based selling, account management skills, and excellent knowledge of advanced data solutions. Effective negotiating and closing skills required. Demonstrated ability to create sales proposals and to acquire small to mid-sized multi-unit accounts preferred. Excellent organizational, planning and forecasting skills along with knowledge of account development strategies. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking. Successful sales experience exceeding quota and key performance indicators required. Effective use of PC including Microsoft Office required. Knowledge of Vision, I2K, ACSS, One POS required. Demonstrated successful sales experience exceeding quota required. Proven success in customer resolution/satisfaction is required. Self-motivated and highly organized individual.
