Inside Sales, Account Representative, Customer Service, International, Metal

A career opportunity iscurrently available at Rolled Alloys, a successful international specialty metals distributor for over 50 years, as a member of the International Sales team at our Cincinnati, Ohio location in the position of Account Representative.



Duties will include various responsibilities such as:



- Developing and entering quotes and orders in the sales system in response to customer inquiries

- Maintaining existing accounts in respective territories, while also developing new business

- Processing paperwork associated with the sales process

- Handling diverse questions about the company?s products and services based on specific customer needs



The successful candidates will possess:



- A high level of autonomy and sense of personal responsibility in growing their business

- Effective organizational, interpersonal and time management skills

- The ability to create customer value and competitive advantage

- The capability to multi task and handle a fast paced work environment while paying attention to details

- Attentive and active telephone skills with a proven ability to handle sales over the telephone

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A desire to succeed, both professionally and personally



Prior experience in the metals industry is a definitive plus, but not a requirement.



Some travel may be a requirement in this position.
