Union Bank of California has an excellent opportunity for experienced telephone sales professionals in Brea (northern Orange County).  The primary role of this inside sales position is to make outbound telephone calls to small business prospects through an organized outbound calling program and set qualified appointments to help support our team of outside Banking Officers.

 

The Small Business Sales Officer positions have a guaranteed base salary plus commission and require that officers meet department goals each month in order to qualify for commission. Must possess the following skills:

 Energetic outbound (telephone) calling skills with the ability to set qualified appointments over the phone with small business owners.Be a persuasive individual and have superior communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to build rapport over the telephone with a variety of small business owners.Confident phone demeanor, enthusiastic, goal-oriented and self-motivated.College degree and/or two years outbound call center experience

 

Basic computer skills required. Contact management software experience preferred. An understanding of bank products and services preferred, but not required.
