Position:
This position requires intense coordination and communication between our outside salespersons and our customers. The CSS develops quotes for customers as coordinated with the salesperson. Once the Purchase Order from the customer is received, the CSS is responsible for entering it into the computer system for fulfillment processing. The CSS monitors the status of orders and informs the salesperson and customer of any delays or other issues in the process and takes action to insure a timely delivery of product to the customer?s site.
The CSS must be neat, accurate, outgoing and personable. This position is a growth position and offers outstanding future potential for the right individual.
Experience
Must have experience using computers and posses knowledge of computer hardware. Ability to handle keyboard entry is a must. Prior telephone experience is helpful. Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office is a plus. Additional knowledge and experience with computers is a plus.
