Inside Sales - Estimator

 

Qualifications:Bachelor?s degree required Computer skills should include Ms Word, Excel, Power point, and Outlook Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment Ability to provide high quality customer satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

 

 

Job Description:

 

? Estimating

o  Create and verify data using specifications and/or drawings

o  Read and interpret engineering drawings and military specifications

o  Gather, evaluate, and analyze data (using current and historical data) to develop quotes

o  Work with engineering, purchasing, and any other related departments to include all cost components involved

o  Interact with purchasing and production to maintain accuracy of estimating database

 Contract Administration

o  Manage various contracts and business agreements

o  Monitor on-going contracts to assure conformance with the terms and conditions, on-time payment, and ensure completion of requirements prior to closeout

o  Serve as primary customer interface for all contractual issues

o  Ensure orders are processed quickly and accurately

o  Ensure customer requests are acted upon quickly

o  Coordinate the effort required to deliver an on-time, quality product

o  Act as a liaison between customer and production
