Inside Sales Executive
CITY: St. Louis STATE: Missouri COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
* Developing qualified prospects and creating volume through various channel initiatives including targeted outbound and inbound calling programs including e-commerce initiatives
* Qualify prospects using a needs assessment and assign leads to appropriate sales rep/business
* Work in close concert with Corporate Aircraft sales team relative to developing and managing business prospects
* Maintain prospect/deal data base, including company profiling, last date of contact, deals in process and deals done by inputting information received from phone, web and other channels, as well as following up with salesperson and or customer
* Responsible to generate cross sell opportunity and funded volume as applicable
* Communicate strong general product knowledge and prepare customer for sales process (set expectations)
* Contact existing customers 2x per year for customers satisfaction surveys and to update data
* Interface with Corporate Aircraft back offices and other GE businesses to develop referrals and to send non-sales calls to the appropriate resource
Qualifications/Requirements:
* 4 Year College Degree
* Minimum of 2 years in sales, marketing or internal sales experience
* Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative and follow up skills, detail oriented
* Ability to make 100 + phone calls per day
* Must have experience with computer skills in regards to the Microsoft Suite of software and comfort in working with new software applications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to relocate and desire to move into outside sales role
Desired:
* Team player required working with field and all GE Capital businesses
* Experience with Siebel or similar CRM
* Financial and credit analysis skills
* Experience in Corporate Aviation and/or Simulation Services
