Ferguson Enterprises has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales professional who is experienced in the field of hydronic heating, pump packages and radiant heating sales.Inside Sales Associate at our Seattle, WA location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide the administrative and sales related functions that ensure outstanding customer service, while working directly with an outside sales associate.
Customer Relations
? Develop and maintain customer relationships
? Provide accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information
? Assist in preparation of job quotes, stock list quotations, folders, and submittals upon request
? Conduct sales calls to generate business (cold calling/proactive selling)
? Proactive selling
? Expedite inter-branch orders, FAST orders, and purchase orders
? Provide information about new products, services and promotional offerings
? Communicate with Purchasing Agent or Shared Purchasing Centers on product needs and potential product shortages
? Source and procure direct shipment, special, and rush order items in a cost effective and timely manner
? Coordinate deliveries with the Shipping Manager, Warehouse Manager, or Supplier
? Inventory management and tag and hold responsibilities
? Work with other sales associates on account planning to grow accounts and serve the customer more effectively
? Communicate with assigned Outside Salesperson to service assigned account base

Requirements:
? 3-5 years experience in hydronic, boiler, radiant heating or pump related sales.

? 4. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, growth oriented environment.
Compensation is negotiable and relocation is available for the right candidate.
