Inside Sales at High Growth Boston Software Company

Onaro markets a ?must-have? enterprise solution for the management and growth of storage area networks. Industry analysts label Onaro?s solution as an essential, ?unique? technology. Onaro has won multiple awards including eWeek Product Excellence, Byte and Switch Top 10 Company, and Infostor ASNP MVP Finalist.

Based on Onaro?s early success selling to Global 2000 companies and its aggressive growth strategy, Onaro seeks additional inside sales people. The inside sales team prospects the Global 2000 for large opportunities to develop and close with the field sales team. In addition, the inside sales team prospects and closes opportunities that do not require field involvement.

General requirements for this position include:

* Minimum 2 years selling technology solutions to Global 2000
* Sufficient technical acumen to work with SAN managers and VP of Infrastructures
* Sufficient business acumen to uncover and sell business value
* Superior phone communication skills
* Ability to gain the confidence and partner with senior field reps and partner reps
* High energy, enthusiastic, ready to roll the sleeves up and get the job done in a small, high pressure, high growth environment
* Aggressive, results oriented sales approach
