Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for achieving annual sales revenue objective of $12.8-24M. Coaches and develops a team of approximately 10 Account Mangers (AMs) or Demand Sales Reps (DSRs) within the Business Partnership Channel to meet / exceed revenue attainment and performance standards. Each AM/DSR handles approximately 250 accounts.  Implements and evaluates sales strategies to exceed departmental revenue attainment and performance standards. Provides ongoing assessment of AM/DSR knowledge, skills and competencies. Implements action plans to ensure the AM/DSRs have quality sales, account territory planning and customer service skills

Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 3 years Sales experience; preferably in the Telecom industryMinimum of 1 year of sales management experience The ability to work well in a fast paced high-pressure environment.Results oriented & Strong Leadership SkillsIn-depth Technical Knowledge and Analytical SkillsExpertise in Relationship SellingExcellent PC skillsKnowledge of service order entry and provisioning systems and processesAdvanced customer communication, qualifying, and closing skills
