The role of the USA Digital Communications Inside Sales Manager and Lead Specialist is to aggressively identify and qualify new business opportunities by building relationships with potential high volume voice long distance enterprises.  The role carries the responsibility of generating and managing an inside sales force and meeting and exceeding qualified leads and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

 

? Play a vital role in Inside Sales team revenue achievement through the development and management of sales team members.

? Responsible for initiating contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning.

?Conduct thorough lead/prospect qualification including the identification of projects, budgets, timelines, business benefits, technical fit and key decision makers.

?Execute various calling and web campaigns by leveraging lead sources derived by field sales, marketing programs, trade shows, seminars and research tools. 

? Responsible for making sure each territory has an accurate database, including existing customer profiles, complete prospect and suspect contact information, project identification and descriptions with timelines, competitive products installed, etc. 

? Train, track, and monitor Inside Sales team members.

? Identify and devolve complementary product lines.

 

Experience and Skills Requirements:

 

? Minimum of 5-7 years experience in inside sales and sales management; enterprise software, software tools and/or high tech sales preferred.

? Cold calling expertise in a B2B direct lead generation environment.

? Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

? The ability to create a strong relationship with a team of 4-6 Inside Sales Reps the role supports.

? Strong background in lead generation; knowledge of database, data management, and CRM warehousing is highly desirable.

? Strong verbal, phone sales, written communication and listening skills.

? Must be comfortable and creative in tenaciously calling elusive IT and Business executives.

? Ability to overcome technical and business objectives of prospective customers.

? Self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive.

? Working knowledge of MS Office applications, internet navigation and contact management software.
