Inside Sales (Medical) Representative

The company is public, located in Newton, Mass., and won an award from Boston Business Journal as 1 of the top 20 Best Places to Work amongst mid sized employers with 300 companies participating.Inside Sales (Medical) Representative Position will be responsible for selling brain monitoring technology to smaller current and potential customers; educating clinicians on the value proposition of consciousness monitoring in the operating room and intensive care environment. Responsibilities: (1) Create relationships with potential customers remotely, manage sales process via constant telephone and email communications. Work often in conjunction with direct sales force and strategic partners to generate revenue opportunities; (2) Maintaining our Customer Relationship Management software (Siebel) and records to ensure Aspects information is accurate and timely; (3) Provide business analysis for decisions with sales and field operations; (4) Assist in the development in information systems projects for future improvements and/or functionality add-ons to our corporate reporting systems; (5) Communicates directly with sales teams, finance, and customer service departments to aid in expediting the completion of new business; (6) Create relationships with strategic partners (OEMs, dealers, etc.) to integrate sales resources Requirements: (1) Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education; (2) 3 to 5 years experience in a sales or marketing environment with exposure to direct communications with customers; (3) Understanding and experience in medical equipment sales or other capital sales products in a complex sale environment; (4) Completion of professional sales training or certification; (5) Advanced computer skills (specifically spreadsheets, word processors, and databases); ...
