Location Inc is seeking an experienced INSIDE SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER who is results oriented, versatile, attentive to details, and has experience directly managing inside sales people and company operations to aggressively expand the profit center being managed. This position is base salary plus commission.  The center to be managed is Location, Inc.?s Find a Real Estate Agent Program.  A real estate license is NOT required for this position.

 

Find a Real Estate Agent Program Description

 

At NeighborhoodScout.com, a user/client can request to be connected with a Real Estate Agent to buy or sell property.  Once the application is received, one of the NeighborhoodScout Relocation Managers calls the user/client to make sure they are ready to work with an agent.  If the user/client is ready to work with an agent, the Relocation Manager refers them to a Broker in the NeighborhoodScout Broker Network and continues to stay in touch with both the user/client and the agent until the transaction is completed.  Once the transaction is completed, Location, Inc. collects a referral fee from the Broker.

 

Job Description

 

The Inside Sales Operations Manager is a new position responsible for managing the group of Relocation Managers (currently 2-3 persons) and all aspects of the Find a Real Estate Agent Program to effect the highest profits possible, and the greatest customer close rates.

 

Overall responsibility

* Manage the group of Relocation Managers in the inbound call center such that expected sales production and profitability is met and / or exceeded.
* Help refine current client management processes to ensure program is efficient, and real estate close rates and overall revenue is increased.
* Work closely with management to report on and analyze all aspects of the Find a Real Estate Agent Program, using information to continue improving the program.
* Manage relationship with mortgage services partner.
* Manage relationship with vendor of customer management software (troubleshooting, looking for opportunities to extend functionality, and ensuring the implementation of the enhancements are done in a timely manner).
* Manage, refine, and judiciously grow the NeighborhoodScout Real Estate Broker Network.
* Directly work with clients a few hours per week to be as informed as possible regarding how to best work with clients, and to create improved client management protocols.
* Proactively organize own work flow, multi-task and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Required Experience and Skills:

 

* Motivated, creative problem solver
* Accomplished team builder
* 5+ years experience in sales or operations management
* Bachelor's Degree Required

* Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
* Ability to work well in a small, highly collaborative work environment
* Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Email and Internet based applications
* Must possess intermediate or better typing skills
* Must be motivated to learn and use new skills and technologies and grow with the job

 

Helpful Skills:

 

* Experience in Real Estate or Real Estate related field
* Experience and interest in process creation and process improvement
* Experience analyzing sales data to reveal trends, seek out trouble spots and fix them.
