We have a staff of highly qualified professionals that bring to bear unrivaled expertise and experience in various disciplines and technologies, ranging from comprehensive project management to internals of the .NET platform.

Specific to the technologies, Neudesic delivers solutions based on .NET, BizTalk Server, SQL Server, SharePoint Portal Server, Commerce Server, Content Manager Server and Office System in a variety of industries. Neudesic has been working closely with the local Microsoft offices from Los Angeles to San Diego over the past three years, helping articulate the value of adopting and implementing the relevant Microsoft products to their existing and potential clients.

 

Neudesic is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for partnering with field sales to qualify and develop new business relationships. Assigned to Neudesic?s corporate offices and reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Inside Sales Representative shall provide lead generation and sales support to Neudesic?s regional Account Managers by performing the following tasks:

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 Work closely with Account Managers to develop and manage their sales strategy and approach in order to generate new business in targeted market sectors. Execute outbound calling campaigns in each market sector, designed to drive qualified new business leads.Perform research for each assigned market sector in preparation for outbound calls, necessary to prepare the Account Managers for further qualification and interaction. Uncover new sales opportunities by networking to increase contacts; prioritizing prospects and remaining cognizant of changing market conditions. Provide Microsoft product and technology service line of business information to prospective customers.Conduct sales presentations via the phone and over the Internet.Support Neudesic?s Marketing Department with trade show, event activities and targeted marketing campaigns.Follow up on marketing activity leads in order to generate further customer interest, and qualify potential sales opportunities for Account Managers. Participate in regular sales team meetings to review sales performance against objectives and targets.Perform research on Neudesic competitors and their offerings and sharing information through the proper channels.Assist Account Managers in the preparation of proposals, contracts and/or other sales related documentation.Track and provide reporting for Neudesic management detailing call activity, pipeline updates and lead generation results.

 

Requirements:

 Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.Ability to lead and work as part of team2+ years of B2B sales and outbound telesales experience, preferably in the high-tech industry with enterprise software industry experience.2+ years of experience selling professional services and/or solution selling.Demonstrated working knowledge of sales force automation technologies and experience applying these technologies in the sales process.Proven sales achievement at or above quota.Outstanding and effective telephone skills.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.  Strong written, verbal, and listening skillsStrong and creative problem-solving and analytical skills.Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent.
