Inside Sales, Real-Time Web-Based Collaboration Software

Convenos, LLC, is developing the next generation of real-time web-based collaboration and conferencing software in Scotts Valley, CA. After two years in development, the product is ready to sell!

 

We are seeking multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join our new Inside Sales team.

 

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will generate new business in existing accounts, gain entry into new markets, and generate and manage leads through qualification, maturation (if required), and conversion. You will be responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide web collaboration and conferencing initiatives within medium- and large-sized businesses for the North American Sales Organization. You must be able to report on sales activity and forecast revenue achievement. You must also demonstrate a proven ability to create satisfied and referenceable customers. Additionally, you will be initially responsible for handling all inbound inquiries generated from demand creation activities. Additional responsibilities include the following:

Responsibilities:
? Achieve/exceed an annual sales quota
? Create new leads from your own prospecting efforts, leveraging your contacts and existing accounts and partners
? Demonstrate superior phone and time management skills
? Thoroughly qualify all leads and sales opportunities
? Leverage business from new and established relationships
? Strategize, negotiate, and ultimately close business deals

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree
? Minimum five years selling technology solutions into the enterprise market
? Experience selling web collaboration products or tools
? Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
? Proven track record of creating referenceable customers while consistently meeting overall sales objectives
? Direct and new business sales experience
? Understanding of Salesforce.com
? Ability to work a schedule mapped to U.S. time zones outside of the Pacific time zone
? Successful history of net new business sales a must
