Weatherby Locums, a CHG Healthcare Services company, has an opening for an Recruiter to assist in setting and achieving sales goals for its staffing division.

 

Description:
Locate, solicit and contract health care providers for permanent placement opportunities. Adheres to company mission and values.

Recruit candidates over the phone to place with existing clients.
Respond to candidates? inquiries regarding permanent placement opportunities.
Facilitate placement of providers into clients? medical facilities by matching physician skill level, licenses, preferences, board status and credentials.
Conduct reference verifications and arrange interviews for physician/clients.
Negotiate contract terms between clients and candidates.
Maintain database regarding status of potential candidates.
Assist in developing marketing strategies.
Establish and maintain communication and rapport with providers and/or clients to encourage a long-term working relationship.


Required Experience:
Essential -
Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large scale database system.

Possess professional level written and oral communications skills.
Possess exceptional negotiation skills.
Experience in provision of customer service.
Minimum of one year experience in the direct sales of professional products or services.
? Communicate and understand professional level service needs, physician credentials and client practices.
? Ability to persuade and influence in verbal and written communication.
? Manage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independently.
? Ability to project enthusiasm and develop rapport when speaking on the telephone.


Non-essential -
? College level education.
? Experience in the health care industry
? Experience in the sale of professional services
? Experience in recruitment or staffing


Required Education:
High School Diploma.
