Inside Sales Rep ($60-$80K)

My client is a fast-paced, rapidly growing Internet marketing company in the North Orlando area.They are looking for a few new team members who have excellent sales skills and impeccable character.  Excellent and honest communication skills are essential.They need a few individuals that are comfortable receiving constructive criticism, and who is equally at ease with providing honest feedback to management on a regular basis.  The right candidate is an individual who fully appreciates the potential rewards and who appreciates the rigorous drive and effort required to succeed in a merit based sales position.  This individual should be the type of salesperson who seeks out and thrives in a high paced start up environment.  A person who is confident yet open-minded, that seeks to be taught yet does not need to be managed.  This is a demanding yet potentially lucrative position.

 

The primary objective of this position will be to significantly increase the number of web and email based affiliates and advertisers who advertise campaigns through their self-serve Internet platform.  The right candidate will be comfortable with heavy phone and email communication and will be willing to work long hours especially during the first 3 to 6 months.  In addition, basic computer skills are required and are very useful in order to facilitate the sales process; however, technical aptitude is not the crux of this position.  Impeccable character, an aggressive sales approach, the ability to communicate well on the phone and to integrate oneself into our team is the key elements.

Starting salary will depend on experience...but the base will range from $30,000 - $50,000 per year with first year potential of $60,000  to $80,000.
