Responsibilities:Maintain successful customer relationshipContinue to build customer baseManage all aspects of the customer/account needsUnderstand product availabilityManage orders from entry to delivery

Qualifications:Previous customer service and inside sales experienceExperience in the Home Entertainment (movies/music) distribution environment preferredComputer skills (MS Office, Great Plains)Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquetteStrong follow up skills and attention to details
