Job Qualifications Include?
? Sales Experience: 3-5 years of software sales experience. The telephone sales will require prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, negotiating and closing deals along with a demonstrated ability to understand client needs and sell solutions. Proven track record at achieving and exceeding measurable goals. Experience selling network, hardware or software products preferred.

? Product Knowledge: Experience selling networking or content filtering solutions is desired.

? Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal and people skills. Professional, dynamic, engaging, and confident phone-presence. Ability to build instant credibility with potential customers. Some experience in Customer Relationship Management.

? Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently; be self-motivated and detail oriented. Excellent planning and time management skills to optimize phone usage/time.

? PC skills: Intermediate level skills using MS Office and customer contact applications.
