Inside Sales Rep - (KL20167)

POSITION PURPOSE:
Solicits sales of FDS's products and/or services by telephoning potential and current clients. Informs customers/prospects about FDS' products and/or services, secures and places orders, and arranges eProcurement implementations. Builds excellent client relationships to enable revenue growth, reduce client churn, and improve client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Under limited supervision, sells and promotes company products/services via the telephone.
2. Respond to non-routine calls that require deviation from standard scripts and procedures.
3. Provides support, ideas and information to assist with product development and marketing.
4. Resolves client issues and problems while maintaining positive relations with a focus on service excellence.
5. Use extensive knowledge of FDS solutions to provide clients with information and promote sales.
6. Uses computerized system to record and track calls.
7. Performs other duties as required.

Job Related Experience: Typically three to five years experience in sales. Must be able to make decisions and solve problems that are general in nature and for which there are precedents. Must demonstrate a proven ability to attain goals and targets.

Functional Area Skills/Knowledge: Excellent human relations skills, including written and verbal communications. Must possess skill in sales and negotiating techniques. Must be able to organize activities and handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective and timely follow-up on each. Possess a positive attitude while operating under pressure, and be an independent problem-solver.
