Inside Sales Rep - SHR

Responsibilities:
Responsible for making outbound sales calls to Sleep & Home Respiratory Division client base within an assigned region.
Promote Sleep & Home Respiratory Regional Sales goals and objectives by being an active member of the Regional Sleep & Home Respiratory Sales Team.
Participate in Regional Sleep & Home Respiratory Sales Conference Calls, attend Regional Sales Meetings and communicate effectively with team members and regional management.
Responsible for identifying and closing leads, working with Product Managers on specific promotions, and supporting the sales goals of their assigned region.
Generate Sales dollar volume w/ profitability.
Uncover and close new business opportunities utilizing techniques learned in Telesales training to achieve quota.
Support and promote business initiatives such as promotions and campaigns.
Manage and monitor assigned accounts.
Maintain complete knowledge of account activity.
Provide price quotas as necessary.
Maintain and update daily activity database.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge of CHMV and competitor product offerings.
Understand and communicate to customer basic clinical applications, features and benefits of products.
Foster long term customer relationships.
Enter new sales into system using SAP.
Work with the Manager of Inside Sales, Sales Operations Manager, Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Manager, Inside Sales.

Requirements:
Requires a minimum of an Associates degree in business, marketing or other relevant field or the equivalent experience working in industry.
Successful candidate MUST have 3-5 years of practical professional sales experience with a positive track record.
Experience in an inside sales position is preferred.
Phone experience that required closing business highly desired. The ideal candidate should be extremely organized with outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills. Work experience preference would be working in medical product or device industry.
Must have a functional level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office software and other required groupware.
Moderate travel (25-50%). Role typically requires the ability to perform in a sedentary work environment (e.g. office) and in a travel environment. Travel includes sales meetings, customer site visits, product demonstrations, etc.
