Due to expansion and an exciting new product offering, this company is in need of two individuals to add to their inside sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Executing sales plan and target marketing calls to decision maker Work from database Identify decision makers Present products and services via telephone Overcome objections Up-sell products and services Provide company literature and follow-up on items sent Close decision maker on company


 

REQUIREMENTSCollege degree helpful but not mandatory Some prior inside telephone sales or outside sales experience needed-- B2B Ability to convey information clearly and concisely Professional in attitude and appearance Self motivated and disciplined Ability to multi-task Should be positive and enthusiastic and have high energy level


 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Staring salary $40,000 + commission 1st year earning potential $70,000-$77,500 at plan.  Company provided liberal health, dental vacation, holiday, sick days and 401(k) plan.
