Inside Sales Representative - (F06-226 MB)

The Inside Sales Representative for Del City is responsible for strategically and proactively enhancing and increasing the customer base.

Qualified individuals will possess the following attributes:
Minimium of a high school diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 2 years customer service or sales experience required.
A technical aptitude is required.
Minimal travel is required.
Ability to manage concurrent projects independently and in a team environment is required.
Strong organizational, written, oral and professional skills required.
Demonstrated computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.

Key responsibilities of this individual are:
Enhance key customer relationships.
Execute new customer follow up.
Provide special price and service quotes for non-standard or customized business.
Maintain current knowledge of the marketplace through regular contact with customers and distributors/representatives.
Provide follow up on all customer leads.
Assist with the identification, development and implementation of direct marketing campaigns.
Obtain above average product knowledge to aid with customer service.
Produce timely and accurate reports as needed including expense reports, monthly reports etc.
