We are currently seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative. In this demanding and highly visible role you will actively sell Sample, zTelligence, Service Bureau, Custom Interactive Panels and other technology-enabled marketing research services to exceed monthly targets.

 Job ResponsibilitiesQualify and close leads generated by marketing programsProactively ?cold call? and ?warm call? past, current, and new clients to generate businessSell additional products/services into the account baseAssist with lead coordination and opportunity trackingEnsure 100% customer satisfactionDevelop detailed knowledge of MarketTools family of productsActively track and manage personal sales pipelineDevelop ongoing relationship with corporate accounts

 Skills/Requirements BA/BS requiredSuccessful sales track record with 2-3 years of in-house sales experience preferredStrong commitment to achieving targetsHigh self-discipline to drive a large volume of incoming and outgoing call activityExceptional organizational and closing skillsExcellent interpersonal and client interaction skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy; must possess good writing skills and calm, professional telephone presenceAbility to multi-task; comfortable working in a fast paced environment and committed to meeting deadlinesGreat attitude, energy and enthusiasm are criticalMarket research experience a plus
