Inside Sales Service Delivery Manager

Job Description:
The Inside Sales Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will support the NA inside sales team with respect to the development, delivery, coordination, staffing, and operations of the consulting offerings and resources in the Global Professional Services (GPS) organization of Red Hat. The SDM is an integral part of the complete life-cycle of the services engagements, from working with a team of sales executives through the entire sales cylce to ensure engagements are scoped and customized appropriately for each client, to staffing and coordinating engagement logistics with the clients and GPS consultants, to managing the customer relationship throughout the engagement delivery, and following-up post-engagement with clients to measure customer satisfaction and mine for additional subscription or services opportunities. This role will be supporting smaller high volume sales and services activities predominantly working over the phone. Engagements will range from $10k-100k requiring an understanding of Red Hat tecnologies and service offerings.

Job Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience communicating value, progress, and metrics (status) of key projects to required stakeholders and diverse audiences (technical and business) primarily over the phone
Demonstrated experience selling, scoping, staffing, and delivering consulting engagements to small - mid sized businesses.
Effective technical knowledge of Red Hat technologies and products and/or relevant enterprise technologies (database, application middleware, networking, security, development methodologies, storage, monitoring) as applies to enterprise class consulting activities.
History in technical hi-volume sales/service sales
Ability to learn new technologies
Multi-task master
Demonstrated ability writing Statements of Work.
Ability to work well in fast paced, changing environment
MIS/CS/Technical Business Degree and sales/services experience preferred
3-4 year experience
