Inside Sales Specialist

Inside Sales Specialist Description: Volt has partnered with a worldwide organization headquartered in Everett, WA to find 3-4 experienced Inside Sales Specialists! The successful candidate has 2+ years of experience in an outbound or inbound call center environment selling products to customers. Leads are provided, and expectations are 50-70 calls per day. You'll determine the right product, find the decision maker and schedule an appointment for the outside sales representative to do an in person product demonstration. By helping your team reach it's goals, you'll be handsomely rewarded with a generous commission plan, bonuses, contests, trips and other awards! Average income with base and commission is $55K - $60K! Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in outbound or inbound call center sales. Must have documented sales success, drive, and communication skills. BS degree in communications, marketing or technical field Negotiation skills and the ability to drive a win-win situation with customers are a must!
