Inside Sales & Sales Support

 

Under the direction of the VP of Sales, this individual will provide a variety of sales and sales support functions for prospects, customers, and representatives worldwide.

? Build loyal customer relationships via telephone

? Able to function in a high transactional sales volume environment

? Quote preparation & fulfillment

? Order entry

? First line customer support

? Track and follow up incoming leads

? Proficiency with email, vmail, MS Office Suite and internet.

? Bachelor?s degree preferred but not required. High School degree required.

? Excellent phone and customer service skills

? High energy, drive, maturity
