Solicits and services new and existing customers in order to maintain and increase the company's customer base.? Tracks and monitors strategic customer account activity and coordinates customer needs among various RSC branches as necessary.?



Generates sales by answering calls, managing existing customer accounts, negotiating, and interfacing with customers, and serves as the customer contact point on rental equipment.?


Resolves problems, issues, and concerns of customers, following up as needed to ensure resolution.?


Identifies and develops new service contract opportunities, developing a referral network to assist in increasing service business revenue.?


Develops new account contacts by marketing company product lines and offering value-added services.?


Keeps current on all rental equipment features and applications.?


Documents and maintains customer-tracking data.?


May assist in familiarizing and training customers on equipment and vehicles.?


May prepare bids on new and existing jobs and projects.?


May assist in preparing presentations for customers and meet project deadlines as assigned.?


May draft and compose letters, compile statistics, establish and maintain filing system, and use computer packages to conduct analyses and prepare graphics.?


Implements, sustains and develops quality process improvements that focus on safety, financials, operations and customer service.

Requirements:?
Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, and/or rental business.
Effective verbal skills, selling practices and techniques.? Must be able to cold call new potential customers.?
Knowledge on applicable RSC rental equipment, tools, and vehicles is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills and effective verbal and written communication skills are required.?
Effective selling practices and techniques.?
Must have good analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills.?
Must be proficient on various computer software programs such as Word, Excel, and ACT.

Education Requirements:? High school degree or equivalent required.? Bachelors Degree is preferred.

Physical Requirements:? Able to lift 25 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel.? May sit for long periods.
