Jones Heartz Drywall Supply is a locally owned company that is looking for an energetic, outgoing, entrepreneur that will run our retail sales floor as well as be our customer service point person. Some duties include but not limited to:

* Answers phones and directs customers to the right person, as well as answers questions when appropriate.

* Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions as well as suggesting information about other products and services.

* Works with vendors to maintain inventory levels.

* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
