RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Developing/implementing strategic business plans to capture businesses within your territory.
? Drive the revenue growth and profitability.
? Working with new business partners to drive the growth of your territory.
? Developing new business opportunities for value-added products and services.
? Promoting James Hardie's products, solutions, and services to end-users.
? Working directly with the manufacturer, the candidate will be responsible for best practices training of the proper installation of our product to a broad base of customers -- contractors, distributors, retailers, builders, and salespeople.
? Presentations may be as intimate as a one-on-one setting, or in front of a large group of 150 people.



Job Experience:
REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor Degree preferred
? 5+ yrs Installation/Sales Exp
? Building Products, Telecom, Biotech, and Tech exp highly preferred
? STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE A +
? The candidate should have siding installation experience (all types).
? The ability to travel overnight up to 20-30% (all travel expenses covered).
? The ability to write reports, business correspondence, and possess basic computer skills.
? Ability to relocate is strongly preferred.
