Telephone representatives who manage account management issues that arise in accounts with monthly sales <$3,000.
License/Certification/Education: Normally H.S. Diploma or GED preferred w/1-3 years of experience in customer service - preferably in the medical/healthcare industry and knowledge of medical terminology. Experience working in a call-center handling a large volume of calls or experience working in a medical field.
