Position Description:

Provide internal relationship management ownership for multiple strategic Bank firms. Drive sales growth and relationships in key bank channel firms by developing (in conjunction with the Relationship Managers) and executing strategic and tactical projects which will increase production through increasing advisors' knowledge of and access to Genworth products and services and ease of doing business. Measures include total production, product mix and firm penetration and rankings.

Basic Candidate Qualifications:
4+ years' annuity industry and 2+ years' relationship management experience

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
4-year college degree and 2+ years' financial services or annuity & insurance industry experience; securities and life & health licensed.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Superior time management, project management, process management, follow-up and execution capabilities.
Ability to multi-task under time pressure.
Strong influencing and customer relationship management skills.
Other project management certification / experience.
