Our Internal Sales Managers (ISM?s) partner with individual brokers and provide the tools and training necessary to deliver the highest quality service to their borrowers. Our technology platform provides a consistent experience, and some of the fastest turn times in the industry, resulting in an increase in repeat business and referrals.
Our ISMs and technology work hand in hand to insure that our brokers are able to maximize their time with their borrowers resulting in better customer service, more referrals from past customers and more funded loans for the ISM.
Due to the current demand in the industry for our services we are searching for a few select individuals that understand a sale doesn?t end after the first transaction but is just beginning.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Internal Sales Managers are responsible for generating new mortgage customers and retaining mortgage customers via phone and web-based applications. This position is also responsible for presenting mortgage product options and rates, understanding underwriting guidelines, discussing and handling objections, training customers, receiving commitments from mortgage relationships, managing pipeline production, and maintaining minimum conversion levels and goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Conduct effective and complete interviews with current and prospective mortgage clients via the telephone and web Work directly with Managers, Owners, Loan Officers and Processors from all types of mortgage brokerages and/or mortgage banking operationsTrain brokers on AccessPoint ensuring comfort with MILA?s technology by increasing frequency and proficiencyWork with mortgage brokers, bankers and credit unions to position MILA?s strengths and automate their loan submission process Call, e-mail, and send marketing materials to potential clients to generate interest in MILA?s servicesProspect, cold-call and develop new relationships with potential clientsBuild and expand existing relationships Daily and continuous phone calls averaging 4-5 hours per dayOther duties as requested
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:1 year sales experienceCollege degree preferred or equivalent Strong computer skills Mortgage experience is highly desiredExcellent time management and organization skillsCommunicate effectively with clients, peers and managementWork with personal commitment and a sense of urgency Excellent computer and Internet skills Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMaintain regular and punctual attendance and work additional overtime when needed
