HyperLink Technologies is a leading developer and manufacturer of wireless LAN equipment and W-Fi accessories. We manufacture a wide line of products including RF amplifiers, antennas, lighting protectors, cable assemblies and connectors. The Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling to and managing an assigned group of accounts as well as calling on Distributors, VARS, Service Providers and other companies for new sources of business.

As a Sales Account Executive, you will establish new accounts primarily through incoming sales inquiries, outbound cold calling and email prospecting. You will provide product and technical expertise, prepare quotes, negotiate pricing and close sales. Technical product knowledge and excellent closing skills are essential.

Qualifications:

? Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to meet and exceed sales goals. Must be professional, aggressive, self-starter with a minimum of five years of related technical sales experience. Experienced negotiator, skilled at using the phone to get sales. Excellent prospecting, cold calling and closing skills.

? Minimum 5 years selling LAN and wireless networking hardware and/or antennas and RF equipment. Experience specifying and configuring complex equipment is a plus.

? Ability to analyze the competition and use positioning strategies to create sales opportunities.

? Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manages customer expectations.

? Excellent multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction. Analyzes complex information and makes sound recommendations. Combines judgment, extensive experience, and business knowledge to make good decisions.

? Thrives in an environment of rapid change and easily handles shifting priorities. Works well under pressure for time critical issues.

? Bilingual Skills a Plus.

? Computer skills are essential (MS Office, Outlook, Act).

This is a full time position in our Boca Raton facility. Compensation includes base salary, sales commission and other goal-based incentives.
