Inside Sales 

 



Essential Functions:


Initiate and develop high level relationships within companies that have no significant revenue history with Monster
Initiate outbound calls to prospects to sell all Monster products and services
Effectively manage a business in an assigned territory
Proven track record with transactional or solution-oriented selling approach
Attain and exceed 100% of assigned revenue goal by building a pipeline of potential future business
Experience using the Internet and other resources to prospect for new leads, and success using referral prospecting
Forecasting monthly and quarterly sales to within 5% of actual results
Experience utilizing a sales management database

Qualifications: 

3 ? 5 years proven track record in sales

Goal driven/Achievement oriented/Highly self-motivated

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Experience with MS word and Excel, ability to work in a metrics-focused environment

High School degree required;Associates / Bachelors Degree preferred

Internet savvy

Desire to learn and develop new skills
