Interoperability Product Marketing Leader

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Product managers in the Interoperability Products Group develop interoperability solutions that cross-P&L product lines. This Interoperability Product Manager will be the expert for interoperability solutions between clinical products such as but not limited to Centricity EMR, Centricity Enterprise, RIS-IC, Centricity Perinatal, etc.
This Interoperability Product Marketing Leader for the GE Healthcare Integrated IT Solutions Global Marketing team will have responsibility for developing product and project plan, detailed requirements, customer input and execution plan for product marketing and commercialization of a Centricity EMR to Centricity Enterprise Interoperability solution.
This individual will be required to demonstrate clear execution on the strategic plans for the display applications, drive the vision through product innovation and build strong relationships with marketing peers in Enterprise Solutions and Practice Solutions and the Global Engineering and P&L Engineering teams on the execution of these plans.

The Product Manager performs or drives the following components of a program:
1.Takes on new or known interoperability needs
2. Works with cross-functional team including GMO staff, P&L product management, sales, and Engineering/ Development teams to create relevant strategies. Participates in the World Wide Planning Process.
3. With input from customers, produces the PPP (including requirements; anticipated ROI, etc) and when decisions are made creates a solution to execute on program deliverables
4. Works with development and other groups to create the technical solution and timeline
5. Works with pilot/beta customers to implement and measure the success of the solution
6. Develops or guides the development of documentation - sales and marketing collateral, and organizational readiness documentation - as part of the new product introduction process
7. Develops and/or assures there is internal training

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Minimum of five years of product marketing or clinical product applications experience
* MD or RN or 8+ years working with clinical information systems
* Strong knowledge of IT software and infrastructure including web based applications
* Strong knowledge of clinical requirements and clinical IT software
* Strong knowledge of process for new product introduction
* Bachelor degree or Associates in healthcare field with 8+ years in clinical or Healthcare IT industry
